Questions store owners ask us
What is an AI stylist?
An AI stylist answers your customers the way a good shop assistant would. They ask for a piece or an occasion in their own words, and it shows matching pieces from your catalogue and styles them into complete looks they can buy.
Will it recommend things I don't stock?
No. It only knows your catalogue. If it can't find what someone asked for, it says so and shows the nearest thing you do sell.
Do I need a developer?
No. If you can paste one line where we show you, you can install it. The guide shows where for Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace and hand-built sites.
What if it gives a bad pairing?
The worst case is a customer sees two of your products together that you wouldn't have put together. Tell us and we tune it.
Will it slow my site down?
No. Until someone taps the button, all your site loads is the button.
Does it change my site?
No. One line to add, one button in the corner. Nothing else changes, and if you remove the line it's gone.
I don't have a website. Can I still use Drape?
